Terms of Service

GuestLane is a trade name of GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC, an independent hospitality company based in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Arizona. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other booking platform.

GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC coordinates concierge, property support, transportation and related services for guests, homeowners and property managers. Many services are performed by independent vendors, drivers, rental companies and other third-party providers.

• Submitting a request, inquiry or application does not create a booking, reservation or confirmed service.
• Services, pricing, timing and availability are confirmed by a concierge in writing before work begins.
• Vehicles are coordinated through independent transportation and rental partners. Models, colors, pricing, eligibility requirements and availability are subject to confirmation.
• Third-party providers may require their own agreements, deposits, insurance, licenses or eligibility checks.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request or application. Staff accounts for the internal dashboard are issued by GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC and may be suspended or removed at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and reference numbers confidential.

• Provide accurate, current information about your stay, property, party or business.
• Obtain any permission you need from a property owner, HOA or manager before requesting service at a property.
• Treat vendors, drivers and staff respectfully, and follow safety, property and vehicle rules.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to access records that are not yours, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.

Prices shown on the site are estimates and are not an offer. Final pricing, deposits, cancellation windows and any partner fees are stated in the written confirmation for your request. Charges made directly by an independent provider are governed by that provider's own terms.

GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC vets and coordinates independent providers but does not control their day-to-day work. Except where we perform the service ourselves, the provider is responsible for its own services, personnel, licensing, insurance and equipment.

When you submit a request you may opt in to email and SMS updates about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or contact us to change your preferences; we may still send transactional messages needed to complete an active request.

The GuestLane name, marks, copy, photography and site design are owned by GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid GuestLane Hospitality Group LLC for that service.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
